The Blues is a musical storytelling filled with stark emotion and a revolving reality check. It's authentically raw; transforming tragedy adversity and heartache into a visceral and cathartic experience. This special night of emotive lyrics and guitar-driven accompaniment features performances by Tucka, Pokey Bear, West Love, J-Wonn, Theodis Ealey, and Live in the Flesh Band.

PBS North Carolina Presents An Evening with Ken Burns 

Secure your seat for this exclusive screening and panel discussion featuring acclaimed documentary filmmaker Ken Burns and other esteemed panelists who will discuss North Carolina’s role in the American Revolution. To help support this and similar events from PBS North Carolina, tickets for this event are $70 per person. 

PBS North Carolina proudly presents an evening with award-winning documentarian Ken Burns. Join us at the Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts for an exclusive advance screening of carefully curated clips from, THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION, a film by Ken Burns, Sarah Botstein & David Schmidt. Following the screening, Ken Burns and local historians, Kathleen DuVal and Warren Milteer, Jr. will participate in a panel discussion about the film and North Carolina’s role in this tumultuous period.

Rekindle your passion for Swan Lake. This season’s production brings Swan Lake back to its roots, inspired by Marius Petipa’s original 1895 version and Tchaikovsky’s resonant score. The story, revolving around the tragic romance of Prince Siegfried and the swan princess Odette, reveals the universal dialogue between light and darkness, love and deception.
