The Raleigh Convention Center (RCC) is a bustling hub for the culture, commerce, and technologies that make the Triangle one of the most admired and sought-after regions in the United States. Our modern 500,000 square-foot facility includes a stunning granite lobby with dramatic windows and downtown views, an elegant 32,000 square-foot ballroom, and a massive exhibit hall, all with outstanding tech amenities and award-winning culinary delights.
With Red Hat Amphitheater and the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts only steps away, our visitors enjoy conventions, meetings, concerts, and theater performances all within a three-block stretch in Downtown Raleigh.

Lost and Found

A Wells Fargo ATM is available in the main lobby facing S. Salisbury Street. A Bank of America ATM is also available across S. Salisbury Street on City Plaza in the Bank of America building.
General Wi-Fi access is available throughout the Raleigh Convention Center. Event-specific networks can be set up for improved connectivity. Contact your event organizer for information on event-specific network credentials.
Restrooms are available in the Main Lobby, Ballroom Lobby, South Lobby, and Mezzanine. Each bathroom features accessible accommodations. Family/gender neutral restrooms are available in the Main Lobby, Ballroom Lobby, and Mezzanine. A map of restrooms is available below.
Baby changing stations are available in every restroom in the facility.
A Mamava lactation pod is also available for use on the Mezzanine level and can be unlocked using the Mamava app.

The R-Line, Downtown Raleigh’s free circulating bus route, has a stop in front of the Raleigh Convention Center’s main entrance on South Salisbury Street. The R-LINE runs seven days a week, with each stop being serviced every 15-20 minutes. Its hours of operations are: Monday-Wednesday: 7 a.m.-11 p.m., Thursday-Saturday: 7-2:15 a.m., Sunday: 1-8 p.m..
The regional bus system, GoTriangle, offers service throughout the Greater Raleigh and Triangle area. Stops are located throughout Downtown Raleigh and can take visitors to neighboring such as Cary, Morrisville, Research Triangle Park, Durham, and Chapel Hill.
Ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are available in Downtown Raleigh and throughout the Triangle area. Please use the pick-up and drop-off lane at the main entrance of the Convention Center when using these services. The RCC’s street address is 500 S. Salisbury Street, Raleigh, NC 27601.
Raleigh-Durham International Airport is approximately 20 minutes northwest of the RCC. Ground transportation to and from the airport is provided by the Raleigh-Durham International Airport Taxi Service, GoTriangle, and local limousine and shuttle companies. Many hotels also offer shuttle service to and from the airport.
