Our in-house caterer, Centerplate, is committed to doing the same when it comes to your special event. The Centerplate catering team will work with you to create an unforgettable menu that will excite and delight your guests.

Our award-winning chefs have prepared meals for four former U.S. presidents, politicians Margaret Thatcher and Newt Gingrich, and world-renowned chefs Julia Child, Jacques Pepin, and Alice Waters. Your guests will be treated to an exquisite dining experience at the Raleigh Convention Center.

Centerplate is committed to its sustainability initiatives, including 100% biodegradable food-service items, a 10% pledge to using food from local vendors and farmers, composting food waste, and donating excess food to nearby food banks.
