Restrooms
Restrooms are available in the Main Lobby, Ballroom Lobby, South Lobby, and Mezzanine. Each bathroom features accessible accommodations. Family/gender neutral restrooms are available in the Main Lobby, Ballroom Lobby, and Mezzanine. View building floorplans.
Baby changing stations are available in every restroom in the facility.
Two Mamava lactation pods are available for use on the Main and Mezzanine levels. These units may be unlocked using the Mamava app.

Free wireless internet is available throughout the Raleigh Convention Center. Customized wireless internet options are available, including event-specific SSIDs, dedicated bandwidth, and extended coverage for high density events.
Transportation
Airport Transportation
Raleigh-Durham International Airport is approximately 20 minutes northwest of the RCC. Ground transportation to and from the airport is provided by the Raleigh-Durham International Airport Taxi Service, GoTriangle, and local limousine and shuttle companies. Many hotels also offer shuttle service to and from the airport.

Public Transportation
The R-Line, Downtown Raleigh’s circulating bus route, has a stop in front of the Raleigh Convention Center’s main entrance on South Salisbury Street.
The regional bus system, GoTriangle, offers service throughout the Greater Raleigh and Triangle area. Stops are located throughout Downtown Raleigh and can take visitors to neighboring such as Cary, Morrisville, Research Triangle Park, Durham, and Chapel Hill.
Ride Sharing
Ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are available in Downtown Raleigh and throughout the Triangle area. Please use the pick-up and drop-off lane at the main entrance of the Convention Center when using these services. The RCC’s street address is 500 S. Salisbury Street, Raleigh, NC 27601.
